Enjoying it so far. A few gripes though - every single bullet fired sounds like its right next to me, it just feels like everything is echoing in my ears, even if the guy firing is 200m away. Also the recoil is ridiculous. In semi auto it takes about 2 seconds per shot because as soon as you fire one the muzzle rises loads. Also fps is quite bad, but I think idiots throwing 30x smoke has something to do with that.

Out dedicated is up with password etc. Got 2 missions up (absolute crap with just like. goodies to play with + few baddies) not an actual mission.

Ill try and ask the admin how he did it.

You're going to need around 8gb though (To account for updates)

Overall, I'm liking it. The controls are really responsive without being out of character and the game just looks amazing.

Yeah I think this may even look better then BF3 and that is hard to beat with looks.

Anyone tried FaceTrackNoIR (http://facetracknoir.sourceforge.net/home/default.htm) with this with any success?

Also, hooking up a 360 pad seems to work but I don't see how to reverse vertical aim. Any suggestions? (will be handy for casual play with the projector)

The Multiplayer seems a little flaky atm. Almost all of the servers have 2500 ping and I've had some RAM access errors specifically in MP.
Hopefully, with the inclusion of modding into the alpha, there will be some more interesting gamemodes.
Are vehicles/Weapons etc possible?
