Yeah would like to have seen the ending go on a little longer but the episode was really really good. Next weeks Arrow is the mid season finale

but it looks insane.

I thought it was a bit of a mixed bag to be honest:

Typical genre tropes annoyed me really, like Lyla's appalling accuracy with that gun. Seriously, she's supposed to be a well trained Argus agent, not someone who shoots like they're blind. Also, the flashback scene with the torture. Waller got really annoyed at Oliver for not getting the information, but even if he had there was no way in hell they would have stopped the bomb going off. It seemed like a lame way of trying to justify Oliver's interrogation tactics in the present day.

However, there were good bits too. The dynamic and contrast between Oliver and Allen is great, and I think he brings some much-needed levity to the situation.

This season needs to get going. The flashbacks are boring, Roy and laurel are becoming more and more annoying. I think season 2 just set the bar so high.

so bad. also is someone else filming as the camera shots and stuff were all different. seemed very cheap.

Indeed, the start of season 1 wasn't great for a few reasons one of which is there wasn't a bad guy, it was bad guy of the week. Once the over arching story and things started with Slade it picked up and then season 2 was excellent. So far season 3 seems to have gone back to season 1

They need an over arching story more than we are all upset and look moody cause Sarah died.

To be fair, I think they do have an overarching story and a main enemy (Ra's Al Ghul), they've just taken a bit too much time to introduce him.

What happened between Season 3 Episode 7 and 8?? Flash suddenly appeared in #8 with no reference in the previous episode! The intro to episode 8 seemed like there was previously something going on with the phone call and joining partnership!

It's the second of two crossover episodes, guess you didn't see episode eight of The Flash the previous night with The Arrow and his team, and more importantly Felicity's blouse being burned off.

errr still confused - Watched Episode 7 two weeks ago of Arrow. What should I be watching next - Episode 8 and then Arrow v's Flash or Arrow v's Flash before Episode 8 (this weeks).

I started watching Arrow v's Flash (I havn't been following the Flash series at all) - but it started with Arrow and non-uniformed Flash talking about Flash being more responsible or something? - confuzzled me as I can't remember seeing that bit in any of the previous arrow episodes so switched it off....

Watch episode 8 of The Flash (you might be a bit confused about the Flash side of things if it's the first episode you've seen) then watch episode 8 of Arrow. I can't remember where the non-uniformed Flash bit came from, I think it was one of the early Flash episodes after he had been hit by lightning.
