Assassin's Creed Unity

Will be playing, completed every single one and yeah it will be nothing new as such but worth the play on the sofa with a few cans:)
 
It's the only one I've played so I can't comment, but yeah I got that impression from reading around. It's good fun though, I sank about 40 hours into it I think, so it's well worth picking up for cheap, although going to it after Unity might feel odd as I believe they've improved a lot of the controls and combat for Unity.
 
I'm going to buy Black Flag when this comes out as the price will probably drop off a lot. I played AC3 for a few hours and wasn't really enjoying it (luckily it was via PS+ sub) so gave up.

The Paris setting and large amounts of NPC's has me interested in this and if it's good I'll probably pick it up next year.
 
Still got to play BF but not really building much enthusiasm up for it as I hated the sailing in AC3. I prefer the city environments. Brotherhood and Revelations played the best for me. Assassins creed 1 was my fav setting and era.

I will get this when it drops in price for some more counter kill spamming.
 
Looking forward to this, some leaked gameplay (without spoilers just free roam) is out there already and one thing I noticed is they got rid of the guards on rooftops which I am happy about. I also played and enjoyed black flag.

I may have a spare preorder key as they duped my pre order and send me both codes out so if I can dig it out I may have a spare for anyone that wants to join.
 
Tempted, as I love the games, and have played all (bar mobile/handheld) versions to date.

Having said that, the 'parity' thing seems like a cop out - and I'm not too happy the PS4 *may* have been gimped; though I appreciate that the last thread on that got locked - so I'm not going to say more.

Here's hoping to a future purchase though :)
 
I do love Assassin's Creed. I've completed all of them even if it is mostly the same game recycled over and over.

With that being said, I'm not going to pre order. I'm going to wait a few weeks until it drops in price or shows up on the members market.
 
I loved AC IV but everything I loved about it won't be present in this one so I won't be buying it. I thought II was ok but I feel all the land based ones are much the same.
 
Ok watching a stream on this, they were playing co-op.. its so trash.. the UI took half the screen.. the AI was garbage, msot of the guards just stood there not attackin.. first look has put me off buying it!

The videos I've seen look great, but maybe I just haven't been paying that much attention.

Turns out my friend is buying this digitally on Xbox, so I'll get GTA V instead and it basically means we've got 2 games for the price of 1 :) (We game share).

I'm still excited for this, but definitely keen to see some reviews tomorrow.

Anyone getting this from the US store? It's not out here until Friday but just seen it's out tomorrow in US and the store says it will unlock in 1 day. Might just wait and get a physical copy but I must admit I am half tempted to just get it from the US Store.
