Assetto Corsa OcUK TT Challenge! *Season 3*

Sorry dude, I didn't realise you were talking about the 643 SFX file... It's an optional file and I never bothered with it, hence forgetting it even existed.
You've probably figured it by now, but if you want to use it, just drop it and the GUID.txt into the 643's SFX folder and replace the originals.

No worries, thought that might be what was causing the server to say I was missing the 643, Sorted now.

@Born2BSlow 10 seconds crumbs where can I find that from!? Think I should leave the brakes alone a bit more. Surely can’t be all in setup tinkering can it?

All I did was switch to qualifying tyres, lower fuel, final gear to 308kmh and add a bit of aero 1 front 2 rear... you need to lean on the aero to get the time, first corner you just drop down to 6th for instance...

Ace track, one that blew me by when I was downloading everything last year.

Forgot what the 643 was like, my eardrums will take a whiles to recover.

Gonna try and give the Ferrari 643 another blast later. Just had a quick 5 mins solo session and hit a 1:09 with basic set up not in VR so hoping to improve.

Hi, just jumped on your server, hope you don't mind. First time on this track really loving it - gradually getting faster too :-)

@Oncles good of you to back off (many times) and allow me to virtually kill myself in the F50, that car is a dog to drive...I must have ruined a good few of your laps only to spin out on the next corner...

Haven't had time or energy to do any laps yet.
How's the Maserati? I usually do a couple of laps in each of the cars to make sure they're reasonably suitable for the given track, but I didn't bother with any of them this time :D I thought it looked cool and since most people probably don't have the RSS GT pack, it's probably the next best thing.

No probs, the F50 looks really tricky. Great times in the F1 car though, not sure where I can find that time

The Maserati is good, the Lambo isn’t bad either. The F50 is a bloody pig though lol, and I keep destroying the gearbox downshifting a bit too quickly.

Hmm, it was alright at Imola - apart from the braking... Still, could be worse. I could've picked the F40 :D
I have actually driven the 643 around here before and quite liked the Performante elsewhere. Pretty damn good for a road car.

Need to find time to play, the F50 is a piece of cake to drive fast when you spend half your time in AC driving the F40. Lol. Just not sure when I'm going to get time. :(

Is that the definition of masichism? ;)

Yep it's slowing the bugger down which is the issue for me, recently got a load cell on my T3PA's and I know I'm not pressing it hard enough when heel n toeing/blipping, I'm ok left foot braking but I think it's the pedal height/location in comparison to the throttle that is causing me issues. I'll get the hang of it.
