I had that even with the g27 in the beginning, and it took me a long time to cure the constant snapback oversteer. The key is not just the wheel, but the gas pedal too. Snapback happens when you put the opposite lock and then RELEASE the gas - this shifts the weight of the car to the front tires, they grip - and voila... So, be careful with the throttle, keep the back wheels loaded with weight of the car while you sort out the front countersteer. Hope that made sense
This! It took me a while to get the hang of it keep on the gas otherwise you'll spear off in the direction the wheels are turned.
