You should go to the Goodwood Revival or Member's meeting and see the old Ferraris including 250GTOs flying around the track, absolutely amazing to watch, really good spectator circuit.

Four of us just went for a blast on ye olde Monza (all VR'd up) in all the old cars in this pack.
I don't like driving vintage cars, the other three do. However, I did like the 312 and we all agreed that the P4 was the pick of the bunch.

The 250 was a serious case of never meet your heroes for me :D

Just managed to figure out I had to force the update (!) god knows why, bloody stupid...I love AC but there are lots of little niggling quirks that really get on my ****. Why it just can't work without being tickled under chin and stroked 3 times whilst spinning a plate on my ****** head I'll never understand...every time I fire it up it irritates the hell out of me until the point I get in the car and drive....then it's sublime (why aren't the menus in VR yet? grrr) ...

Tonights little quirk, I load my controller profile and it's forgotten my pedals are reversed...why it was fine last time I ****** used it...ffs

Is there a sound issue on the 312/67, pick up the throttle around 5000 revs and it sound like someone crumpling paper...

Check this out and let me know what you think, give it 5 to upload though. It doesn't sound like exhaust noise, but what do i know...

330P4 is the pick of the bunch for me. But they're all pretty good. 250GTO is a bit of a bus. 288GTO really needs revs to keep the turbos going. 312 is really nice to drive. 812 Superfast is great. Both modern F1 cars are fun. A very good little package overall.

Would have loved a 250LM or a 156 Sharknose or maybe even the 125S as it's an anniversary pack. And it would have been nice for a Ferrari celebration pack to have the Fiorano track for the full Ferrari experience.

Anyway - I think this is a nice little pack for less than 6 quid.

The F2004 F1 Ferrari ... what a sound, best sounding car of the bunch for me at the moment, amazing around Monza in VR :D

Kunos have done a fantastic job with this car pack, well worth the money and the level of detail and the quality is nothing short of amazing, well done Kunos..!

Didn't realise that this pack was coming out yesterday, might have tried it out rather than play Xcom all evening. At least if got someone to look forward to after work tonight!
I'm looking forward to all the old cars, hoping the 250gto isn't really a bus... I know I do tend to like the harder to drive cars though so we'll see!

Not sure if related, but if your sound card is clipping, a known solution is to reduce master volume to 0.7 or below in AC audio options. I had some crackling that went away completely after having done this.
As for your pedals issue, I haven't reconfigured anything in months: everything just works, including VR and steering wheel set up.

"WHat a nice pair"

Vettel's 2017 SF70H "Gina" (he names his cars don't you know?:) You can see the name just behind the steering wheel)

OK I'll give the master volume thing a try...thanks.

For some reason I've always had little niggling issues with AC, nothing to do with driving on track, just UI and config things that annoy me...

Had a quick blast on this last night. The 250gto is great; really fun to hustle around a track on the limit of grip. The 330 wasn't quite what I was expecting, a lot grippier than I would have thought. The old F1 car again was enjoyable to drive, all 3 of the old cars sounded awesome too.
Tried the Superfast, found it really dull. It was definitely super fast though! Wasn't too interested in the F1 cars either, my brain can't process the grip they have so I never really enjoy driving them.

The leaves the 288gto, which wasn't in line with expectation, I was expecting to find a slower F40. It seemed a lot easier to drive and really lack the F40's torque for suddenly catching you out, really odd gear ratios though... Following the 288 I jumped into the F40 and then found that a bit easier than expected to drive too. Don't know whether they've changed the handling model or whether I was just having a good day!

Here's a few old circuits that you might like to drive with your old school cars. https://actrackrebootproject.wixsite.com/ac-track-re-boot
Spa '66 is pretty cool and very different to the modern circuit we all know. Makes you understand how easily some drivers were killed there back in the day... Trackside detail is pretty damn good.
Monaco '66 is really well done too. Yeah, the spectators are all cardboard cutouts, but he's populated all the balconies and it's ok when you're whizzing by.
Also check out Fuji '68 for some big turn 1 banking action.

There's also Donington Park 1938 which I haven't yet tried.
