Assetto Corsa

It depends what you mean by 'better', and what you're looking for in a driving sim. iRacing/Rfactor2/Automobilista/R3E/Assetto etc all have their pro's and cons and all are great in their own way.
I see you're looking at getting a wheel in your other thread. While it is possible to scrape by with a pad in Assetto, I'd say to wait until you've got a wheel sorted out and then hit the buy button.

Is a more serious sim what you're after, or would something like Forza 7 be more suited?
Project cars 2 is meant to be decent with a pad.

Yeah looking to get a wheel, hopefully get some money for Christmas and put that towards one... I want a serious race sim.. The more realism the better imo

Cool, then get Assetto, renew your iRacing subscription and buy Rfactor 2 as well :D

Is Forza not more of an arcade game ?, and to be honest Project Cars 2 is not worth the money when you could have Assetto Corsa
I really shouldn't have to explain the post you're referring to.

1.16 is out including:

- New Alfa Romeo tipo 33 Stradale
- New Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio
- New Lamborghini Huracán Performante
- New Lamborghini Sesto Elemento
- New Maserati Alfieri
- New Maserati Quattroporte GTS
- New Pagani Huayra BC
- New Laguna Seca Circuit

Anyone wants to practise tandems together? :D I'm getting bored playing solo :o I'm on a wheel and soon I'll mount the handbrake as its all fixed up and ready to use.

RB26 Swapped Transit drifts, I quickly tuned it. But it really needs the physics to be sorted, if you get too much angle that's it...

Yes. Do it.

ED: You may get a false positive AV warning when installing, but it's nothing to worry about.
Also, Afterburner conflicts with it, so you'll have to disable it.

I highly recommend using it and it's worth paying a couple of Euro to unlock the full version. I haven't fired up the official AC launcher for a year or more since switching to this.
