Uploaded a video showing my nooby skills.
For some reason shadow play's default High recording setting records in 360p. When I uploaded to ewwtube that is the only video quality available. I probably did something wrong, as it's my first time using it. doh!

I've been asking on a few racing forums how I can improve and have had some replies and great advise.
One thing I've noticed is that the pro drivers will drive at an inch of their life and whilst I "think" I am driving correct, they point out the mistakes and make it all too easy and incredibly smooth.
Anyway one chap did a hotlap in the same car showing gears and pedals. I will as they've said just "practise, practise, practise" now. I have to get used to using manual gears and not using automatic so hopefully it won't take too long.
The sim community is great.

ive not played this in a while, mainly because controlling certain cars with a kb is insane.
I'm about to get the g27, but need to know what type of plug (UK) you get.....
Is it a typical laptop style, being a standard size plug which goes into a transformer block or is it one of them big bulky plugs (anyone with VM superhub 2 will know what I mean)

@majnu I did think about doing the same thing and posting a video to get advice, how much have you improved with the advice?

not had a chance to get the wheel out and put some practise in. Will probably do some laps on Sunday though.

I had a read at your build thread and how effective are those magiglides?
My wheel, pedals and shifter are attached to a GT Omega stand and I have thick carpeted flooring. Would they be decent enough to allow me to slide the stand under the bed? atm I have to lift it and it's quite heavy doing so everytime I want to game.

I've not fitted the Magiglides yet unfortunately majnu. I need to wait to build other sections of the rig before I put them on in order to align everything correctly.
