Asus Prime X370-Pro Owner's thread

You tried downloading it from another country's Asus site? Maybe the file got corrupt when extracting it or something so it's not being recognised.

I'm liking this bios, before when running Prime 95 my CPU fan would max out at over 1500rpm and now it doesn't go over 900rpm, it's much quieter now.

What LLC settings are you guys using on this board ? I have been using auto mostly, since when I put manual voltage for the CPU to 1.4250 and LLC to level 3, hwinfo64 shows that the CPU voltage spikes to 1.48x when it should stay at 1.42x.
Or is it really true that hwinfo64 shows random numbers and no point in taking those too seriously ?
I'm using LLC on auto, I can't remember exactly what voltage I've put in but it's 3 notches up from 1.200V @ 3700 mhz. In HWinfo my voltage spikes up to 1.36V. I'm looking at the VDDCR CPU value under the motherboard not the CPU.

The other day I noticed that my motherboard RGB lights were still on when I turned the PC off so I turned them off completely from the bios.

Last night in the dark I noticed a light flashing behind my PC when it was switched OFF. The flashing light is where the Ethernet port is (my Ethernet cable is plugged in).

Is it supposed to flash when the computer is off, is anyone else's Ethernet light flashing when their computer is off?

The new bios has done nothing for my memory, I still can't get past 2666 mhz on DOCP.

It has a new feature under RGB where you can choose to have the RGB lights off when the PC is off.

Anyone know which setting it is in the bios to turn off the Wake On LAN?

I have checked the 'turn system on by pcie' in the bios and the setting is already turned off but my Ethernet port is still flashing when my computer is off.

Damn my PC died again. I bought it three weeks ago and after 5 days my Palit 1070 died so they replaced it for an Msi Gaming X one. Today it died again, after a gaming session when exited to the desktop I saw some graphical artifacts on the screen and then it said windows 10 encountered a problem and needs to restart (video scheduler error), and after restarting itself all I got was a blank screen. I removed the plug for a while then turned it on but it power tripped about 5 times with double beeps sounding each time but nothing displays on the monitor anymore. After turning it on the monitor gets a signal after about 30 seconds but the screen stays blank.

Not sure it's the graphics card this time to be honest as it doesn't seem like it posts. Could be the motherboard.
