Had issues day one (b650e-e). Gave up and got a nice broadcom card.I have the Asus B650E-F but I believe it uses the same LAN as the "E" version. Is anybody else having problems with the LAN constantly dropping the connection? I have never had this problem with any other board, ever, and this is a bloody nightmare. One minute it's fine the next it's lost the connection to the internet and I get sorry, can't connect to that site messages and the only way to get it back is to shut down the pc, turn off at the wall then turn back on and reboot and the connection will be back for a variable length of time until it drops it again. Just in the last 30 minutes it's dropped the connection three times. I have the latest drivers installed from Asus website. Has anybody found a workaround at all? At this rate I will just buy another board that doesn't have Intel LAN which is a shame as the board itself is very good. Before someone says buy a LAN card, I can't as I don't have space for it (I have a non standard case with the gpu on a riser sat in a shroud over the pci-e slots).
My current issue is the USB controller seems to be fubar on my board, random windows disconnect/reconnect sounds. Have been having double key press and missed key issues on an azoth keyboard (rma but no fault) since I bought that, now thinking it's all related.
Actually thinking of RMA of mobo or buying a non Asus board now, always had Asus but this time it seems awful money to quality ratio.
