Hey there guys

I no longer manage and look after technical support as I moved department's just over a month ago.

When I was still working in support with all Asus products we did send items back onto them directly for repair / replacement / credit in the event of a failure, so it is not replaced instantly unfortunately people.

I hope this clears it up

distributors do it... but you'll see the pricing of asus and then outrage of the pricing at resellers ..

Could you please clarify whether this is on offer for the RTX 3080s? Given that ASUS seems to be quite a popular choice this generation.

with the pricing of the TUF, equals the Gaming OC with its longer warranty of 4. seem Zotac is having a headache with this launch and 5 yr warranty isn't stopping people switching
 
I think it's been withdrawn @HACO from what @ASUS GPU Support was saying in their last post that I saw. Maybe one could clarify but am pretty sure it's just normal RMA now.
Is it? Only the other day an ASUS rep said otherwise.

Here let me quote it:

Just so you know ASUS works with OCUK on graphics returns in house, so on warranty claims as long as theres no damage on the faulty card they should be able to swap over right away for a brand new unit, so the process should be really quick.

With this swap over in house it could equal a free upgrade in the future, if you'd like to swap for a same cost current model in 3 years time, not have a replacement model at purchase.

They will swap it out with a brand new unit, that is very nice :D

I queried the same point a week or so ago and was told that this information is incorrect.

Hi all, just so you know there was a miscommunication on this, so there won't be an option for an instant exchange. But I'm working closely with the service team to ensure everything is running smoothly.
