I honestly wouldn't use terms like 100% if you aren't completely sure it's going to happen. He's not the only person let down. I don't particularly enjoy being lied to and also having my card debited so I can't go elsewhere either.

Considering what you've said, if my card doesn't ship tomorrow I'll be giving one of your competitors my business. It's a shame, I've been using OcUK since 2004, spent well over £5000 here and this is the first time I've felt let down.

I am in the same position with the 5850.. :( Ordered at about 8am then noticed on one of the threads that they were not actually in stock so i posted in the Customer Service section but no reply.. If i had then i would have told them to ship the printer seperately as i needed for tomorrow.. :(

Trust me this will happen. At no point have I or have anyone lied to any one about the situation. No need to feel hurt I have kept everyone updated with information all aspects of the launch and delivery.

Erm because they ordered an XFX?

If I'd ordered an XFX and a Sapphire turned up I'd be peeved.

They are all the same cards I believe anyway on the first launch so technicaly would not have mattered. BUt your right people are brand specific and if I sent them the wrong product people would kick off.
 
great service yet again from ocuk. ordered when in stoc at 8am then rang and they said i have one. Just rang now and they said i didnt get one in the allocation. They have taken my money and it takes 5 days to go back. I now cant order from anywhere else, why lie?

wish i had gone elsewhere. i dont even get the choice now for 5 days!! companies that lie to take your money are just the pits.
