Unfortunately even if your not running multimonitor your idle clocks are increased, ergo higher idle temps and power usage :(

Just installed these, BFBC2 still takes 30-40s to load and the vsync issue is still there.

I get 45c idle temp now too instead of 35c.

What a bizarre driver release. There's nothing in the link for crossfire profiles either.

What have the idle clocks been increased to?

I wonder how to get rid of the BFBC2 loading issue, if i installed 10.4 then 10.5 over would it make a difference? i do not see how it would or am i missing something?

I did it via control panel uninstall>reboot>install new>reboot.

No problems here so far with Asus 5850.

@wolvers69 - sitting at desktop clocks are at 157/300 according to CCC

*edit - seems to be running smoother in Stalker CoP using DX11 with tesselation on

Guys what's the issue with the BC2? I have a 5770 (had 2x5770) and never had issues with 10.4 or 10.5.

It loads fast, and there is only some times bit drop on fps when is going beserk (too many explosion in a forest). And that happens only after you got revived.

I do hope they've added support for the 5830 into this release...

EDIT: According to this, there are no longer 5830 specific drivers! So I'll be upgrading to 10.5 at some point tommorrow and checking it out.
