Broadspeed can get you brand new BiTDI 320PS A7's at £12-13k off list at the moment.

Yep, just what I was thinking. And no doubt a better interest rate if you were financing it. And better residual value full stop, but making a big difference if going PCP.

That said, it depends on how sub-40k you are talking.

Erm I dont know lol, why would you do that :) :) I do know somebody else viewed. The car was immaculate for a dealer demo, i mean it must have been two bucket washed since being on fleet I asked them to put it in the workshop dry as it was raining when i went and even under the workshop lighting the paint was immaculate.

you can ask for a 320 2015 for say the 49k mark plus the options on the nav etc however you are talking about March next year for delivery on that scheme.

I paid 39900 inc RFL, some brolley's and other things.

I couldn't justify 10k for the facelift plus the sat nav considering the car is 5 months old if that with 4k miles. Dont get me wrong I would have loved the facelift but i was budget restricted and the finance deal was stunning too.

edit just done the math, the facelift is £161 a month more expensive than this over 4 years. I can buy a new car for £47746 via orange wheels in the same spec

Would love an A7, but I'll have to make do with my A3 :( It's a great looking car.

Quick question, my A3 has two lights in the boot, one on the left and one on the right however only one of them seems to work?

Is it the norm for them to only fit one or something? It's only a month old?

If you're on about the fog lights then yes they only have one light even though there's 2 units. Rather than wire up both they only wire up one side depending on whether it's an LHD or RHD car.

Been reading through this thread and noticed that there is nothing really discussed about the new Audi A6 ultra (2015 model)

Any views on this model good or bad please any feed back would be helpful.

Cheers..

2.0L dag-dag which sits above the BMW 3 series but nowhere near the BMW 5 series (IMO). Designed i assume as an ultimate rep-mobile.
Nothing really to talk about to be honest.

I appreciate that some cars are going to have the marmite effect, but I drove a 3 year old 2.0 diesel A3 to a meeting in Aylesbury and I've never had such an awful experience driving car. Its uncomfortable, sluggish and the driving position has a lot to be desired.

What is it about these cars that draw people to buy them? The A3 really hasn't swayed me to an Audi of any kind!

They are solid cars and the badge obviously draws in buyers.

The only redeeming features about my S3 are the speed, spec and overall build quality.
Other than that, it's boring. Very boring. My 3.0 BMW was more economical and sounded SO much better than this rubbish 4-pot.

The seats on normal models are extremely uncomfortable (no lumbar support) and I remember having terrible back ache from similar seats in a 2013 A4.

What a stupid name though, call your worst engine in the range 'ULTRA'.

Does that mean you can now order an Audi A6 2.0 TDI ULTRA S-Line Black Edition with Amplified Black Pack?

Not really, if I had to pick a comparably stupid BMW name (Rather than a list of options on a model not sold anymore) I'd probably go with BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo M Sport Plus :p

Or the worst - the BMW 318i Performance Edition.

That's not the current A3 though is it?
