I know thats why I said 'if it was against that' . Just comparing it to how the original 107% was calculated...They use the fastest Q1 time.

Vettel didn't use any KERS during that lap.
More ammunition for EJ when he goes on his next rant about how KERS shouldn't be in F1....
LOL, "vettel you didnt even use the kers button"
hamilton shakes head in disbelief.
It shouldn't be in it's current form. Either de-restrict it or get rid of it.
Lewis didn't use kers you half witt lol, I am over the moon, what a good positive attitude I will have when I start work today. Well done lewis. top man, Jenson will win though lol
100% agreed, the amount of power it currently stores is tiny compared to its potential - one of the things that could florish if de-restricted, especially in its real world applicationsIt shouldn't be in it's current form. Either de-restrict it or get rid of it.
Makes Hamilton's lap look even better. Had a KERS failure so lugging excess weight, shafted brake balance and loss of 2-3tenths
Which live timing?
I was using the Live Timing App on my Desire and it was perfectly fine

Yikes. Will they get any chance to fix that before the race? Or will he be without it tomorrow?

Id be mighty annoyed if I was Button and had to shed weight to accommodate KERS...Yep, as I said many times. if f1 tech had real world benefits. You would have floods of sponsorship money and companies wnating in on f1. In it's current form. It is less than useless. It is that they should be concentrating on in the rules, not budget cutting. I still think they should allow other forms of energy to be used. I wouldn't expect to see an electric or hyrdorgen car for ages, but if it's there it not only shows the green side, but has real world application and will attract companies.
Pretty sure they supply McL and Force India, probably a few others too...Mercedes has dodgy kers as well. are they using the same system as mclaren?
Lewis didn't use kers you half witt lol
They should be able to, lets hope it's not a complex as in 09 - needed a chassis change as some of the cables were embedded in the carbon.
