Well said by Nikki Lauda

Missed that, what did he say?

Why would you have a mini kers, it makes no sense. you still need a hefty battery, you still need the electric motor, the electronics and everything else. The only thing you wou.d save is the cooling and rear break balance.

Sebastian Vettel beats Lewis Hamilton in Australian GP
Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel got his title defence off to a perfect start with a pole-to-flag victory in the Australian Grand Prix.

I think the movable wing makes it way to easy to overtake now. Sit behind for the lap, get on straight on hold 2 buttons then drive past, no driver skill. You should have to work to overtake not just be able to put in faster laps.

Paraphrasing, he said that DRS is rubbish and should go, it's not the same as boosts which anyone can use, and the FIA deciding who can overtake and when shouldn't be part of the sport.

Not sure which race you just watched but it seems the DRS does very little and contributed just about nothing to overtaking which was still very low.

it made a difference, not as much as they expected, but then again it isn't the best track for it. You can still see how unfair it is. Just look at buttons move. Kers + DRS straight past.

It's a stupid system and is just goign to get worse as we go through the season, with places with longer straights and especially with tyres when we'll have top runners behind significantly slower cars. It is not racing and a unfair advantage.

I agree its a stupid system and has no place in any race league but not only is it a bad idea but its one that doesnt actually work well anyway.

After seeing that replay button was clearly a nose in front, but i didn't think that made a difference as he could have backed out or something.

Still bugging me that neither mclaren did any weaving on the warm up lap, or at least none that was shown but I cant really tell why, they definitely had decent tyre wear today but nothing special.
