Shall we start a wager for next week, how many places Webber will lose on the start?
Going for a preemptive 3.
I'll go with 0 assuming he qualifies lower than expected

Is it me or was raikkonen's car low at the start and just as low at the end?
That would be Caterham (with an old car and the desperation of hiring Ma Qing Ha as a reserve driver for $$$), Marussia seem to be doing a lot better.
When did this happen? Thats shocking. I thought the Ma Quangodango farce had vanished with HRT.
Ma Qing Hua is a new addition to the Caterham F1 Team roster and will drive in the Chinese Grand Prix FP1 session as part of his Reserve Driver program. In addition, Ma will be racing throughout the forthcoming season with Caterham Racing in the GP2 Series, giving him the opportunity to compete against some of the best young talent in motorsport while being fully integrated into the F1 environment
The guy completely undermines the whole system. Caterham should be ashamed.
My thoughts..
- That Lotus is running an immense suspension setup to be able to keep it so low from lap 1. Rarely do we see a car sparking on the ground in this era, especially toward the end of a GP. I look forward to scarbs coming out with something about some weird and wonderful "must have" setup.
- Schumacher must have installed the Benetton launch control on the Ferrari when he joined, and forgot to uninstall it when he left.. those are some crazy starts.
- lolWebber really is poor off the line. I'd hate to be behind the guy on the grid, it's no wonder someone didn't punt him off at the first corner.
- Reports that the KERS on Webber's car failed. Have they continued to make it from cheese?

Why do you think that?
One thing I thought about at the weekend, and only just remembered...
Have they scrapped the "formal" press conference for the guys in 1, 2, 3 after the podium now in favour of the crappy one they do on it? Or was this the case last year too, I don't remember?
The sparks were a little odd, considering the fuel would have burnt off (how much does a races worth of fuel weigh)?
In fact anyone else realise that FOM are seemingly getting on well with Sky?
First the unprecedented access to testing coverage so that they sample the 3D tech.
Also noticed that Natalie Pinkham was conducting the live pre race interviews for FOM at Melbourne.
Finally Brundle doing the post race podium interviews.
All part of FOM and Formula 1 in general realising that everything is shifting towards pay TV or online/delayed viewing, and no doubt Sky are probably the leaders in that sort of broadcasting.
The likes of the BBC who are still offering it for free will be cast aside within a few seasons.
I want to know who picked Suzi Perry ? Jake was ten times better.
