BACON! How dost thou cooketh it?

The only kind of "bacon" I would microwave would be turkey rashers. But I dont think that counts as bacon.

And I prefer my bacon nice and crispy! Fatty bacon makes me hurl! :(

Seriously? Has no one ever tried microwaving it? Have a go now, 4 mins :)
Yeah I did when I was a kid.
Grilled it for a minute, tried to eat it and ended up with the ryne half down my throat and half hanging out my mouth, couldn't breath from choking, couldn't grab it out from panic and 2 of my mates were standing by laughing their ass off while I was being starved of oxygen and ready to collapse.

Never again, it's the grill from now on.

George Foreman here.

I chuck the mushrooms in 1 min before the bacon is ready.

Would prefer to fry, but usually have it grilled.

the wife however does microwave her bacon on occasion, its rank but suprisingly does go rather crispy....she swears by it, strange beasts women

I usually fry it and as it's just about done, I place my bread on it aswell which softens the bread up and makes it a tiny bit crispy. Then garnish with red or brown sauce.

If i'm feeling fancy then i'll buy myself a loaf of tiger bread or a baguette, grill the bacon and fry/toast the bread in a plain frying pan.

I do make damn good bacon sarnies.

What the hell. How is that a life threatening situation? Surely a bit of fat wouldnt block your whole airway?

Microwave.

Started doing it at work for lunch as a microwave's all we have and now I have a bacon and cream cheese bagel every day. It comes out cooked, crispy and tasty, and no different at all to grilling (apart from it's healthier as there's no oil involved).

If you haven't tried the microwave, do it! It can be surprisingly crispy - the longer you leave it in, the crispier it gets.
