I concur with this. We spend more time in meetings talking about the work we want to do rather than spending that time on doing the actual work.
I think this happens everywhere
Imagine a builder randomly just starting to build a wall. Get used to thinking chaps, it leads to much better outcomes. You aren't measured on building the wall, but the quality, location and function of the house ;)

In equal measure I help "realise people's dreams", but also bring a shot of reality that often pops a client's misguided optimism and brings them back down to earth. You can only make dreams a reality if the budget and laws of physics allow.
