He had to pass Hamilton to get into the right position at the start and ultimately didnt have the fastest car but did the fast laps when he had to (like getting past BOTH Toyotas in the first pit stop).

The whole is he on 2 or 3 stops added to it at the end especially when he was stuck on the poorer tyres for 20laps (over third of the race) at the end nursing a car that reportedly had cooling issues.

It wasnt a borefest as there was plenty of things happening outside of just what we saw of Button.

Haha, i think thats why everyone just told Bernie where to shove his medal idea.... Wouldn't have beein impressed if Button would have been most the way to the title with 2 novelty wins....

Yet when a Race is won from 4th involving a race with a very exciting first few laps, some great driving, solid tactics and no mistakes people complain too....
