fuel limitation but engines unrestricted, you have 80litres you want a v8 or a 4 cyclinder whatever.
KERS unrestricted
Less aero- heavily restricted, spending millions to gain 0.1seonds a lap from aero, does no one any good, spend taht on "green" techs like engine and Kers.
More mechanical grip.

Why are the commentators acting so surprised about 4stopping? It was clear that a lot of the field would need to do that from the start :/

Di Resta's done 15 laps on the hard tyre
Grosjean's dne 8 laps on the medium tyre.

Both sets were new when put on.
