After what happened after Abu Dhabi, and how smug they were, this result is an absolute delicacy. To have it all go wrong at the end of the race, after a safety car, laps from the end, is such sweet karma.

was expecting more reliability issues, Haas looked like it would drive itself to pieces in quali. Some questions to be asked at RB to see if its a one off or they have ended up too fragile.

It's all Croft's fault, he was bragging earlier in the race how RB Powertrains had poached many AMG staff, they obviously poached the ones that were responsible for Mercedes gremlins

A Haas in 5th and looking like decent race car, good them it's been a long time.

Oh, Zhou got 10th so gets a point on his debut. Beat Schumacher in 11th.

Magnussen in 5th, he did an extremely good job, especially after a year away and the pretty much last minute call. Car seems to have some pace.

It's not unexpected, first time they properly push the engines for a full race, hot environment. With a power advantage, you can always wind it down a bit and compromise for better reliability over a race whilst still keeping a power advantage.

I think even without the issues he had that Charles was comfortable up front to control and finish the race 1st
