Messed up with the weights ive added a bit more than I was meant to but it worked out ok though. Found BOR started getting a bit harder trying to get the bar touching my lower chest.

Hard session today, with my squats getting very close to my 1 max rep of 110kg when I tried it around about feb. The OHP I feel is still pretty hard but there was no cheat reps using my legs. Deadlift felt good but im getting some very strong DOMS in my lower back.

Started off well but after the third set on squats I only managed to rep 3 and 4 reps on the last 2 sets. Bench was pretty hard but I managed it. Then my BOR's first set wasn't very good at all so took it down to 60 and carried on.
I think having 4 days since my last session didn't help and I wasn't feeling 100% so ill see how next session goes.

Well I done something wrong on deadlifts and hurt my lower back, I done the same thing last year:rolleyes: I heard a tiny crunch in my lower back on the second set. I walked away from the deadlifts and done one set of pullups and walked out. Its nothing serious it goes away in about a week it just makes life hard when trying to put shoes on.
Just gonna have to work on my form, I cant see myself doing something completely wrong on form but ill keep and eye on it.

Took a bit of weight off the squats and OHP and deadlift ill build it up again like normal. My back is back to normal, I had someone watch me do my deadlifts. I was rounding my back at the top a bit on my last couple reps. So I had that sorted, also I don't really warmup on deadlifts properly so ill make sure I do from now on.
All in all im happy again and ill just concentrate a bit more on what im doing and try to get some gainz.

Your OHP/bench:Squat/DL ratio has me imagining you as some massive legged, tiny armed T-Rex wannabe monster. Please say it's true!
