BARGAIN - OcUK 24" with DVI (*VA Panel) for £179.99+VAT (This Week Only Deal!!)

Got mine today

It's a AU-M240UW01-V0 so that makes it a MVA panel :D. It does not buzz when in standby.
It has one stuck light green pixel which is near the outer edge so not too bad.

total bargain for £121

Hopefully mine's arrived today.

My past two have been LG (TN) panels. I complained to the preview shops stating it was false advertising as the spec sheet shows the figures of the PVA, I got a full refund from both.

It's clear they've changed to TN to save money and not bothered to update the specs!

Can someone who has bought one of these/or the B-Grade measure it from side to side? Not the screen the whole monitor including edges - wondering if it will fit in the hole on my desk before I buy.

Just got mine. No dead pixels, states on the box 180 x180 deg viewing angles. But I do have one problem. Plugged monitor in, booted pc, monitor missed the express gate startup screen, I can see post, bios and windows loading screen. But monitor shuts off and states 'no input'. Have tried Dvi and that states 'disconnected' when xp starts. Have booted into xp safe mode no probs.... (I'm using express gate internet to write this so the monitor does work.)

Tried my bosses new Asus 22" the other night doing exactly what I've done today and that worked fine, no probs. Am I doing sumthin wrong this time?

Please have an explanation as I'm looking at a gorgeous 24" monitor and dying to try CoD4 :(

Mines arrived too, clearly been used, covered in fingerprints but its not a TN panel, just checking for dead pixels. Next to my Samsung SM206BW its huge!

It'll most likely be either refresh rate or resolution of your old monitor. Set both of these to the monitor's native.

Sorted. Had to uninstall old gfx drivers in safe mode and reboot normally. Tried Grid and Cod4 at 1920x1200 on med settings and they crashed so don't think my card is up to the job anymore :( but gives me a good excuse to buy a new one :D

New monitor looks awesome, I have to sit a bit further back tho and had to raise my surround and inch so it would fit under!.....

Here's some photos...
