Batman Arkham Knight - Official Thread!

It is.

It sits at 50% usage most of the time. People shouldn't be spending £550 for a GPU to play this at 1080p just because WB can't optimise it properly.

dno my 980ti would drop to 50 fps pretty frequently with everything max'd witcher 3 also its nice because you stay pretty "future proof" at 1080p imo, 970 cant max a lot of games now days at stay 60fps + which is what i pref

Fair comment, Witcher 3 can use the Ti and for performance reasons.

IMO the 980 is the perfect card for 1080, particularly when picked up 2nd hand.

I've fired this up recently after the last patch update and it feels like the FPS has tripled.
I only played an hour prior to the patch and it was very pretty but ran like a bag of spanners. Post patch it's now very playable and great fun. I'm running a 980Ti just for reference.

Can you max it out and maintain a constant 60FPS (with a good overclock on the gpu?)

At 1440p with everything on/high except aniso @ 4x and max FPS at 90 - it sits there most of the time or close to.
Checking my fps graph in afterburner shows dips to 69/70fps every now and again but most of the time it's at 89/90
