*** Battlefield 1 ***

Press Y when picking your class. You can do a similar thing with vehicles too but I can't find any way to customise vehicles unless you have an empty vehicle slot to go onto.

Ah, I have seen that screen before but I couldn't choose any other weapons or the like.

When I spoke to the guys online last night they could have several grenades, gas bombs but whenever I play I only get 1 grenade at a time.

Such a noob eh ?!?!
 
I had a better night last night, got some good kills but still getting hammered. I playing medic but my god it annoys me when I go and revive people and then they just skip. Then I'm in a position where enemy kils me. Definitely so much more enjoyable with party chat and mates online. Never anyone around when I'm free to play.

Lately I've been playing aggressive sniper so if you playing support you have a fair chance of downing me due to the suppression being so strong simce the last patch.

My stats are pretty average though tbh, lots of players out there who are much better.
 
I think I possibly had one of the worst games I've played on BF1 last night. I was in a team of randoms who were probably best described as the three stooges. Send an order and they would all run in opposite directions I'm guessing just looking for kills rather than capturing the objective.
I finished with something like 6 kills and 23 deaths.

On the main menu scroll over to battle packs, and in there you can see what you have unlocked and how many of each.


I tried out the custom mode Back to Basics last night and had great fun, No machine guns or semi auto's just bolt actions, one choice per team and Iron sights only, you still have horses and cars but no tanks or planes.

one thing i do love about BF is that with that impressive 75 kill and zero death, the points aren't that much higher than someone with only 14 kills. it's good that it pushes you to actually do the useful things on the map other than just kill.
 
Yeah that's the thing, capping flags in conquest gets you the points in a conquest match. If you're bothered about KD only then play deathmatch or something. It annoys the hell out of me when players don't cap flags and just go for the kills. Needless to say, we do both. In fact, despite those good KD, we also capped more flags than anyone else. You should try joining in a squad with us, it's pretty much all we do. Naturally, if you head to a flag and cap it, you'll bump into lots of enemy and thus end up in gaining a lot of kills. It's simply that a great KD score doesn't reward you a crazy score as much as capping does.


And if you think I'm talking rhubarb... The round from above, our squad best flag capturer and defender....
