BC1 was my favourite, unrestricted terrain deformation and hull down tank tactics which no other 'milsim' has had since

looks as good as the latest Battlefront does in the jungle areas it should look very nice indeed

Still playing BF3 (premuim w/all expansions), not massive amounts but still find it a lot of fun now and then.

Is it worth migrating to BF4 at this point in time? 3 still has a lot of full servers so I'd imagine 4 will.
 
I'll be surprised if its anything other than BF5. They are making too much money out of it to chance changing anything.

Different people will give you different answers. Some people love that game and would show heartedly recommend it as a better game than bf3.

Wouldn't say that - hardline IMO has worse gameplay than battlefront and there are other games that are even worse. I don't think I've lost interest in any game as quickly as battlefront though :(
 
I played Bad Company 2 to death and maxed out every class and quite enjoyed it. My enjoyment began to wane a bit with Battlefield 3 but I still enjoyed it somewhat. BF 4 is where I drew a line, what with all the mad priced DLC it was just an EA cash cow and not a very good game tbh. Played one, you have played them all tbh, same as COD.

Hardline was/is vastly better than battlefront when it comes to gameplay imo.

May or may not be applicable here but the DOF and motion blur settings in the game seems buggy like vegetation was in BF4 and doesn't always reflect what is actually set (sometimes the motion blur slider won't be enabled even though you have full ultra settings selected).

Agreed, it's always run well even on my old rig (2 580's in SLI) once I tweak the resolution scale it's epic at mostly ultra settings on 3 monitor surround 5760x1080
I've always disliked the almost constant spawn & die of many maps.

Hardline seemed fun when I tried the beta but even at £14.99 in Game at the moment I've still not bought it!

Just had an hour on Dragon and I'm liking it very much. :)

Nope, not shopped. The sharpness is simply from downsampling. Depth of field is already in the game. He just makes effective use of it.

Only 'hack' he uses is a camera mod to unlock the view from the player position.
 
Ok so I will guys tell you how this p00p will go down, I played with most of you for a while now and I see a reoccurent pattern.
When BFH came out most of the bf4 squad moved there even after ranting hard how p00p it is, they got lonely cos none of the usual where playing bf4 same happend with battlefornt first you resisted and then break down and shell the dolla dolla bill ya.

There will be a beta of bf5, we will look at it if its crap I will not buy (like I have not bought bfh and battlefront) but you guys at least most of you will buy it and then the rest will be bored cos no one is on anymore and buy it too. This is a reoccurent thing I have noticed. I still enjoy Bf4 with my man squeeze and others who occasionally hop in. I understand that it might have lost a spark but I am not throwing more cash on dice as they are as they are.
My measurement tool is if its as good as bf3 and bf4 it will last I said about bfh its crap it wont last...now all of you who bought it how many of you still play this ? and if so empty servers much ? Battlefront will be same story in 4 months. Or they will just get more DLC's to juice you more folks.

I love you All, I hope we can get back in time when we had 2 full teams on bf4 and I could rage on how much I hate you stacked penuses !
 
Also how to rate Dice game, If you really want to invest visely. you wait 2-3 months from a release when the price drops around 30% if the servers are still full and populated (you need to research this ) it has a chance to be good and last for more then a bfh. Then buy it

That would be epic if then can apply all this cool engines and graphics to WW2 or even like WW1 -WW2 combat. We all seen it and played it in many different games but its a dream to have it on frosbite with some massive maps and good gameplay.
