Battlefield 3 thread - Server details in opening post -

Getting about 40-80fps on my 2500k and 6950 with all on Ultra (AA off, AP on Medium and no HBAO/SSAO or Motion Blur) at 1920x1080.

Lowest I seen it go was 44fps on the second mission (the one that pretty much all the gameplay footage showed).

I think it's going to be there throughout Battlefield 3.

It's Battelog all the way my friend - apparently it's the "future" of gaming.

Absolutely brilliant. I can see a BF3 Stats Retriever on Andriod Market tho not the offical app :/
 
I just **** myself. Avira picked up the BF3.exe as a trojan. When i went to launch the game from the browser, it came up with an error and wouldn't load. Simple i thought. Just do a repair and it'll fix itself.

10mins of faffing about later, restarting the pc, countless 'update errors' i was presented with the release date check again. It was at this moment my heart sank with the realisation that although i've already circumvented the check yesterday, somehow EA have gotten wise to this and maybe they have put a preventative measure to combat me doing this. The thought of me mocking my mate who's bought retail, then the reality of me having to wait until the same time as him and eat humble pie was deeply terrifying lol.

That 20 seconds was a very nerve racking experience, but it's all good now. I can still play
