dev tells EA that free DLC is "crucial"
This is the BF3 thread not BC2...
We don't ever want to charge for our maps and insisted to EA that this attitude was crucial when it came to keeping our community happy and playing together,"
The only sympathy I have is for the morons who quote out of context
Or the moron who jumped the gun
I wouldn't say you jumped the gun, the link you quote is over two years old after all
Couldnt honestly say, prior to the last patch the game was running very smooth for me. After the patch, i was getting jittery mouse movement like the op described. Fps was at a constant 65 but felt a lot slower. Not using msaa here as it's to sore on performance, running the 301.24 nv beta drivers with built in fxaa, installed the config file and the game is back to running how it was pre patch. Definitely made it a much more enjoyable experience.
7970 looks like an attractive prospect as well, (never owned an ati card), though ill wait to see what price the 670 comes out at. The game does look very nice on ultra with msaa, but it's too much for my cards. But tbf, even with settings lowered it still looks pretty good, lower temps is a nice bonus as well, as my new case has very poor airflow to the gpu's compared to my old Lian Li A70F.my 7970 destroys BF in ultra with 4x MSAA been playing ultra last 2 days and it looks amazing compared to low which i was previously playing at.
clocked to CCC limits also!
