Was aftermath the DLC that was meant to bring new weapons to the game, then EA announced a month or so back that they wouldn't be adding any new weapons?

It was.

But we still get the crossbow

Now it's saying everything is up to date....
Tried joining an aftermath server and it said I need to DL but when I clicked the open in origin no other downloads start...

am I ready to go? don't want to have to wait tomorrow too

I h8 origin, I was expecting to have a blast for a few hours on bf3. Now orgin is now downloading the update which will take 4 hours

Put a mouseover the dlc on origin and it will tell u what time IIts released!

Also every dlc pack so far that's been released has been very smooth without any problems!

Thanks EA, your new patch has just killed CrossFire, 3% usage on the second card just as I went back to 12.8's to see if CrossFire usage was better than the 12.11 beta 8's.

-I've right clicked and repaired the game and it still shows the same error.

Happened to me, here's the quick way to fix the error(unless someone has a better solution).

1. Backup your BF3 installation.

2. Uninstal BF3 but keep your saves obviously.

3. Install BF3 through Origin.

4. When it gets to 1%, exit Origin then copy your backup into the new install folder and overwrite everything.

5. Launch Origin again, it will quickly fill up the download bar and install, then you are good to go.
