Battlefield 3 thread - Server details in opening post -

got kicked from a server for questioning the admin's rules not being put into place :o
clearly stated no explosives yet i see m67's,m320s/rpg's flying everywhere.
had 10k points too :(
 
Ive started to record all my games after how badly treated I was by admins when I started. I just keep playing the same server now, 64 player metro with no explosives... even though I always see them at the beginning to give a team the advantage.

Hi just ordered battlefield 4, my question is I only got 1 dlc for battlefield 3 the first one, what are the others like aftermath,that tank one etc. thanks for your time

They all offer different entertainment but you'd really have to try them yourself instead of taking someones word for it. I hardly ever played close quarters, it felt like COD maps and not battlefield at all to me.
 
From my experience with CQ and AM:

- CQ is actually surprisingly quite fun, imo the design of the maps is amazing, fine detail to destruction is superb, gun master mode is good fun, best of all, you don't encounter anywhere as many landslide wins. Also get some great weapons. Loads of servers too.

- Wish I never bought AM, the maps are amazing (probably the best in the game), however, there are hardly any active/full servers (at least for my favourite game modes etc.) And any servers that are full are usually only playing the 1 map with 1000 tickets :rolleyes:

AK and EG don't interest me at all due to AK being more about vehicles (maps look great though) and the EG map design look poor.

Which are your favourite game modes?
 
Main one is rush (I have actually only had 1 or 2 rush matches since getting AM!) followed by normal conquest (although don't like Markaz Monolith on this game mode due to all the building campers), here are screenshots (obviously there won't be many playing at this time but even later on, it is more or less the same]:

I updated the regions so it shows only German, UK etc. servers.

I just don't get it, as this map pack seems to be the favourite out of all the maps yet all the other map packs have way more active/full servers currently, here is AK with the same settings:

Don't think this has been answered.

First thing to try would be to go to your origin/bf3/pB folder and manually update punkbuster using pbsetup from here. So if that fixes things for you.

PB did an update recently and even with a 40mbps line if just couldn't update itself :( Kept kicking me from the game every 10/15 minutes.

Set the regions to all of Europe, as it's client side hit reg, higher ping will work in your favour anyway. I regularly play in UK or Western EU servers from Moscow on only a 4mb connection and don't experience any problems with lag.
