Soldato
I'm not pre-ordering anything I haven't seen gameplay of.
But I think I can say for sure I'll be 100% buying it

Think im gonna have to upgrade to a quad core for this game, bad company 2 really struggles on the big maps for me.
edit: meh consoles too, its never gonna be like it used to be
Big maps?
obviously not like old battlefield but the bigger ones like the desert one.
"-4 classes"
I am dissapoint Dice
-Yes, there will be spotting.
-Dolphin Diving is out. Period.
-Vehicle/Infantry balance is a focus for me, it will be awesome this time.
-No plans for ziplines or grapple hooks no.
-Yes, prone is on all platforms.
-BF3 will be deeper than BF2. That said we've paid a lot of attention to keeping depth while pacing the learning curve.
-BF3 is the sequel to BF2. It's not BC3.
-Friendly Fire will be an option, yes.
-No comment on commander.
-Yes, there is bullet drop. Doesn't work the same as BC2 though, it's a much deeper system.
-No, no tracer darts. That's a bit too BC and not enough BF.
-No, I won't confirm any vehicles from the teaser.
-One of the cities is Tehran... Yes, yes there will be sand.
I personally wish they would do another BF WW2 game. Update 1942 maybe, they only touched the surface of WW2 weapons, vehicles, tanks and planes. So many classic battles to base it on as well.
Is the possibility of a lack of Commander that big of a deal? Over on the official forum the fanboys are just about cacking themselves in rage over this. In BF2 it got annoying as hell having a Commander doing nothing but spamming "Enemy Infantry spotted" literally dozens of times on the same group of enemies.
By the time you were done with a half hour session in BF2 you would walk away and hear voices in your head spamming those commands.
