By the time you were done with a half hour session in BF2 you would walk away and hear voices in your head spamming those commands.

When BF2 came out I injured my back and had to take a week off work (what a shame ;)) and I played from 8am - 2am straight for a few days and when I did go to bed for sleep all I could hear was the commander in my head!

I remember the first time i installed the BF2 demo and played Gulf of Oman. My god it was something else.

My first and only 1000+ hour game :)

Lets hope BF3 is epic.

Yeah BF2 was legendary. The thing that makes it better then BC2 for me is the weapon feel and accuracy. Just awesome.

joint ops was the same as BF2 for a lot of people to, hundreads and thousands of hours game time, these days they dont want people playing games for years, which is what a lot of poeple would want to do if the game was as replayable as those 2, which for me is where map size comes into it, the options you have and the more possibilties that can happen over on one map makes them so much more playable than the crappy maps u get of the games today where you go round in circles.
