Battlefield 4 Thread ~ Server details in opening post ~

I get it on TDM servers - pulsing in and out occasionally. It's more than a tad annoying.

It usually kicks in just as I'm about to put a few LMG rounds in the direction of a sniper.
 
Noticed last night that all of my xp boosts had vanished from the list. It just said "No Boosts Available" however i have atleast 10 x 25% and 2 x 50%'s so not sure what was going on there.

Hopefully they have returned by tonight....

Not sure what was going on but every round we seemed to get on average 70,000 points each :S normally we get 6000 or something! We did have a guy who was apparently rank 110 so we think there was some stat hacking going on?

I ranked up 3 times (from 26 - 29) within an hour.

Last game was on Shanghai where it was us 4 + a commander vs 8 pugs, (started off quite even then everyone switches..) we still won by 40 tickets :D

Dunno what the official answer is but I seemed to be getting double xp in addition to any boosts I already had activated. Guys on the server I was playing on said it was becuase of the Xbox One release. Probably just another DICE screw up tbh, though atleast this one was a little more pleasant. Saying that you already seem to rank up way too fast. I was getting over 100k on almost every game I played last night... :eek:

yup very strange! we played a map where I had 4 - 0, maybe 2k points for ressing and healing. Finished with over 60k xp :D
 
I was getting some starnge Xp boosts too, i had a 25% boost on, but was getting end of round bonuses between 35k - 60k, levelled up 5 ranks yesterday lol.

Finally unlocked the ACE 21 so things are a bit more tolerable its nice with the coyote RDS. Only getting a few random soundlooping crash errors now, normally on shanghai, apart from that i find the game plays pretty well and im actually starting to enjoy it. I love it when you find an enemy chopper hovering steadily over a conquest flag and ruin them completely with an RPG in the side :D
 
yea I think I heard someone mention it is double xp ontop of your boost at the moment. had a round last night where in round I only scored about 3.5k, but at the end of round with all the bonuses and shizzles it took me over 65k xD quite the boost/reward right there! rank 43 atm and last night I went up 2 ranks in 2 rounds xD mmmmm delicious XP!!!!!

I was really trying to enjoy them last night but the dogfighting is just rubbish. I made the changes you suggested and flares help against your super horny AA drivers but the differences they have introduced between the models and classes of Jets are just stupid. Why they couldn't give us the F18 flight dynamics for attack jets (all sides) I don't know.

I find it odd that they have screwed it up this much given that DICE are known to be pro Jets.

So that guy is basically saying that it should be around about 50% for a headshot, what a load of crock... I'm sorry but a headshot should mean instant death, shooting someone in the head is a fatal wound! Just shows the arcade mentality of BF3/4
 
Are there any guns in BF4 that are like the M14 Mod 0 Enhanced in BC2?

That was my favourite weapon of all in BF games. That with iron sights was amazing. That and the M1 Garand.

Just like Counter Strike. Never had any BS hit detection crap in that game. As long as your line was stable you were golden, least up to version 1.6 when I stopped playing.
