Battlefield 4 Thread ~ Server details in opening post ~

Did I remember correctly that someone said the terrible hit reg was due to what patch each server had on? Last night we were getting a full mix of servers some being terrible and some being fine.

Also I'm getting bored of the maps now, need some new ones to come along and spice things up, looking forward to Firestorm again but haven't seen much of the China rising ones?

They did a reveal of the Second Assault stuff because its already live on Xbox One.

Not done a reveal of the china rising DLC yet. Its due "December" with nothing more concrete than that.

Bit of research has revealed on BL forums - some people have had 200% xp boosts in EVERY SINGLE battlepack!!!!

I think it's just luck, and I am level 75 so I've had a lot of battlepacks now, I too have had a lot of 25% boosts too.

I've got a small stack of XP boosts building up. I keep forgetting I have them in game so don't use them. Hopefully they will get used in the double XP week coming up.

The best I think I have had is a 50% as well.

Wait.... so I paid for Premium to get stuff "first", or at least sooner, than those who didn't (One reason anyway)

But Xbox users are more premium than Premium members? Already got access to stuff that we don't? Can't say I'm happy with that.

I have had three 200%, loads of 50% and even more 25%. Bear in mind that every weapon has 3? battle packs attached to it that you unlock at around 300 odd kills; each of them could have a 200% in, so more reason to not just stick with one weapon but to use them all.

Tally would be 1x200% probably about 8x100%, 10+ 50% and 10+ 25% I'd say. pretty much get one every battlepack, have had 2 (maybe even 3) in one battlepack before

I just try to use them constantly in descending order so still have quite a few 25%s left

There is a 100%? Not had one of them.

OMG I thought the boosts activated automaticly? I have never used a boost pack since I started Im like level 40 lol where do I turn them on O_O

Press Esc in game, then in the bottom right hand corner.

Also another tip for xp boosts, put one on when you go play commander, the timer doesn't tick down but you still get the extra XP

Welcome to battlefield xD was the same with BF3, Premium were premium, but PS3 was a week or two more premium than PC premium (cash injection from sony apparently).

it's usually that or a 50% that I use most of the time (when I remember...wish there was a bit more of a prompt to state the status of your boost, like on battlelog if you have one selected/time remaining, or if you're not using one have a small icon in the ingame UI. always forget to put one on unless someone mentions it or I happen to notice if I press ESC for what ever reason
