Battlefield 4 Thread ~ Server details in opening post ~

I'm that bad that I don't really experience all the netcode issues that you guys talk about, however, what really effs me off is when you get the "DirectX Hung" error when you're almost at the end of a round.

Takes me long enough to level up without throwing points and time away :(

MIGHT!!!!!???? You've got some tags to hunt and claim soldier

Knifing is a balsy move, the counter knife is so OP, its so easy to do. Only time I do iut is on a sniper wookie that's in prone as I dont think you can counter those. If they are standing up, I'll defib or repair tool them in the heed.
 
What game modes do you all play? Also Hardcore or normal?. Trying to figure out what modes I like but not really sure. I like conquest but tanks seem a bit too strong, and rush theres not really enough people IMO. Not sure I like hardcore either, cant change view in vehicle :(

It has helped me massively. I wasn't much of an infantry player because I couldn't find a nice setting. But tinkered with these and squadding up with you guys, my game is improving nicely. I'm no longer playing overly cautious, I now have to gun control to engage doritos when they are spotted.

I noticed he mentions lower settings /turn some stuff off.

What do you run your settings on graphics wise mate? I've got everything on ultra paid a fortune for the kit so want the eye candy :D

Everything on Ultra, 4xmsaa but low Post Processing as I dont like the blur. Run 150% resolution scale as well as I only have a 1080 screen, vsync off so no input lag. Get between 80fps and 130fps depending on where I am, never ever drops below 80 even on Shanghai or Hainan when the buildings come down. I like Eye Candy :)

PFFFFFFFFFT!

Low/off for everything except mesh! Only way to play :D :p Game still looks great anyway, only places where I notice the extra effects are water and reflections.



GG's tonight, ****ing pita half the stuff in this game though:

- mbt laws
- artillery
- gunship
- good jet pilots
