jsut watched the 2 eps, great stuff will defianitely get the bluray on release. effects are surprisingly decent, was nice seeing the battlestar again even if it was cgi, 2 episode added a lot more classic bsg drama which was good.

looking forward to the rest, I really hope this goes big and they announce a new show.

I just did a little 'Sex Wee'... :)

I just watched the first 2eps... Subscribed to the channel (waiting for ep3)...

wow just downloaded the 2 episodes on 1080p of youtube watched on my telly and am impressed :D cgi is great, bit to much lens flare but i can deal with it

I really love this. It gives me a buzz to see a show based around space etc and there has been a hole in my tv viewing for the past 3 years or so.

Roll on Episode 3.

Just watched the first two episodes, awesome stuff! Glad to be back in the universe, though I will miss the political/social themes from BSG. Also the characters so far seem to be very stereotypical and "computer game like". Not ideal but I guess it suits the action based style of this new series well enough. Still, it's a shame that SciFi isn't allowed to be clever anymore and anything requiring a few brain cells (ahem, SGU, Firefly) gets cancelled! Nevertheless, just glad there is something pretty to look at!

Actually, the lens flare is really annoying, why do they do that?! It feels like one of the cast was sitting there shining a torch into the camera the whole time!

Just watched the 2 episodes, very promising so far but I want more! The CGI looks good and hopefully won't be too distracting. The acting seems decent too.

I think it's used to mask the difference between live and cgi in some scenes, it is kinda overbearing but I can kinda understand the need if it makes the scene feel more real

Watched the first two eps of B&C - pretty mixed bag. I thought the start was completely stupid...

....smashing out his cockpit and then firing his gun to blow up the Raider

...and the pacing was just too fast like they wanted to pack as much action in as possible in the 12 mins.

On the other hand, the FX were great and not too over-the-top CGI. Some of the characters are good, and it's cool seeing the older ships.

I'll probably keep watching. Not even in the same league as BSG though, obviously :)

Possibly a bit of a spoiler and kind of pathetic but

Did anyone else get a bit of a lump in their throat when Bill sees Galactica out of the window for the first time? Quite poignant if you've watched BSG before :o
