I am shocked I tell you! It did have a slight bump in ratings this week but still over 1m short from the highs of 1.8m viewers. Also I am losing track of how many coincidental lesbians there are in the roster now, including Safiyah who was about as menacing as my mother-in-law asleep. I would love to be a fly on the wall with the writing team and their meetings.

What happened with Bond / Terminator?
I suppose replace Bond for some part of the film with a black female, not problem with that, but it makes zero sense in the world.
On Bond I just thought that a female agent takes over the 007 moniker whilst Bond is out of action. It’s being quietly championed as a “look what women can do now” sort of thing which, all things considered, is fine. I don’t think the idea of a female ‘00 agent’ is daft so I don’t see this as being some sort of awkward, forced thing. Plus, most of the Bond films are quite sexist by today’s standards so I’m not surprised it’s something that’s being heralded as progressive, considering the history of the franchise.
Yea, but in the large marketing thing, its going down as 007 replaced by a woman", its token gesture stuff when they could have set up separate films with a female lead throughout and expanded the films, 008 009 etc. Apparently then Craig comes back to save the day, which again is stupid as it then set things up that the replacement cant get the job done.
