No, I'm just saying that to be able to compare 2 things, they have to both exist.
No Sky Sports HD channels exist on VM, so you can't compare the price of HD between VM and Sky.
No but you can compare the cheapest deal - in this case its Sky with F1 HD via HD pack vs VM with F1 SD via Sky Sports package - its a childs argument to refer to like for like when the superior service is cheaper...

I don't understand what that means. Can someone enlighten with examples. I used my friends sky go and we mucked about with devices all night with no issues adding and deleting different ones. Is this a recent thing?
Im confused are you trying to downplay my argument because I havent considered everyones differing requirements when it comes to TV viewing? But those combined packs include wildly different other channels.
Unless you are suggesting that people will be buying a VM or Sky package soley for SSF1 and will never watch any other channel ever?
Nobody in their right mind is going to pay ~£30 for a single channel. Therefore considering what else you get with the package needs to be taken into account.
how many people have sky but dont have the hd package? how many people have virgin and dont have the sports package? But those combined packs include wildly different other channels.
Unless you are suggesting that people will be buying a VM or Sky package soley for SSF1 and will never watch any other channel ever?
Just no, it's a premium channel, the base package is neither here nor there.
Both packages have a minimum base package. That s irrelevant. The inference is the cost to add a premium channel on.
Sky Sports 1, 2, 3 and 4 are also premium channels, yet you seem perfectly happy to ignore those.
Why would I include them, I don't have to purchase them on sky, I have no use for them.
Because its the fact that they are included that means you can't compare F1 SD on VM with F1 HD on Sky.
Lol, your PC still broke?
