Flats are different, the issue you refer to are the LNB's, these remove the lower frequency signal carrier which is then sent to your sky box, a normal dish can have upto a quad LNB (well there may be more now), which means only 4 connections in 1 dwellling (A Sky+ box requires 2)..

You can get Octo LNB's now.

Dreambox? What's this about then? Not heard of it until now...

Satellite tuner box. You can put your legit paid-up Sky viewing card in it and use that instead of the Sky Box as it's a got more functionality.
There also used to be ways around the Sky encryption with Dreamboxes, letting you get channels you hadn't paid for... don't know if that still works these days.

Not read all the news story but:

The first "e-petitions" - which allow the public to prompt parliamentary debates if they get enough support - have been published by the government.

Among the list of 154 rejected petitions, most relate to sport on TV, the majority calling for Formula One to be kept on free-to-air terrestrial stations.

The one I saw was due to be issued on the 8th August - not sure if the above includes that or not - the epetitions site is broken currently

And almost 50,000 signed up to the idea that TV presenter Jeremy Clarkson should become prime minister.

The third and fourth most signed petitions are currently related to the F1, they weren't all rejected, I imagine most were just duplicates

Is f1 free to air even available to register interest in? I mean if that many people just want a petition that surely means one should get through and have votes cast, AS THIS IS WHAT PEOPLE WANT!?

I just tried to sign:

It looks like the Government want to distance themselves from the F1 debate, as much possible.
