Beamer Drivers 'Rudest'

I don't understand people that get insanely wound up when they get cut up or something, it's not the end of the world is it?

well if the clown that nearly hit me because he was on his phone driving the wrong way down a one way system was anything to go by this morning i would agree

covered in bloody m badges ac schnitzer and for some reason hartge badges?

I've had more beef with Audi and Ford drivers in the last year. BMW drivers are almost well behaved these days.

They still need to work on that "indicating" thing though.

Do you guy's honestly believe it has anything at all to do with the brand of car? I don't and you get just as many dicks in every type of car. (excluding taxis)

BMWs do tend to attract aspirational I am a tiger get out of the way idiots though, to be fair.

BMWs are designed to "make progress" so it's only normal that the kind of driver that would be driving them also likes to "make progress".

As much as I hate to stereotype people, I always notice that BMW drivers are the ones most likely not to say thank you when they are flashed out of a junction etc, not that it would stop me buying a BMW though

This really must be area specific then because I've not noticed rude driving more with a certain brand than another. Although it happens a LOT with Asians in clapped out jap cars.

I think that in certain people the brand of car they drive allows them to justify driving with arrogance. Remember stereotypes exist for a reason and BMW drivers have a stereotype described in the sun article.

The person will have to have tendancies to be a **** anyway, but coupled with the sense of achievement that driving a car with a prestigious brand can bring, they'll act more arrogant on the road and appear that they have an "I own the road" complex.

Or to play devils advocate, maybe people not driving BMWs notice BMW drivers more due to jelousy of not owning one.

They are more likely to tailgate, make offensive gestures and break speed limits than any other road users, the survey found.
Breaking speed limits is suddenly rude ? My arse!

And 65 per cent said they encountered at least one intimidating driver on the road every hour
Sounds like BS too imo, intimidating in what way, do they wave knives at you or cut you off or try to drag you of your car ?

Or are people pussies who are intimidated by someone simply trying to get somewhere faster ?

It used to be BMW drivers. Now I find it's Audi & Golf drivers that are the worst for driving up your chimney!! An audi decided to flash me out of the outside lane of a duel carriageway the other day, despite me already doing a respectable speed. Was actually about to move over before they flashed, but for that decided to stay put & slow down to 60!! hehehe
What a retard, they are the ones fueling the rage, if he could move over what was he doing in the right lane ? Move over to the left if you can! Cops should be far more aggressive to people not keeping to the left.
