Not sure how you could realistically pull the plug but

1. Since Islam isn't a race but a faith, stopping immigration isn't the answer because not all immigrants are Muslims, and not all Muslims are immigrants. Add to that the issue doesn't appear to be a major concern for Muslims here from say Indonesia.

2. As much as it sucks, we're just a page in a history book. Given that Judaism and Christianity have had reformations in a way, it's likely that at some point Islam will go through some reformation too. I know some find it hard to believe, there are a diverse range of interpretations within Islam, many of which take a much more peaceful and tolerant stand. Of course these are minority groups (currently) and their outlook may well change if they gain power.

3. We take a less strict and harsher approach than China and put more emphasis on engagement with communities, with tougher punishments etc

1/ Strictly it is a race, the legal definition was updated several years ago and now a race is any member of a shared demographic.
Also the perpetrators of the Bali bombing say hi.

2/ if we're talking history just look at how many religions have been wiped from the face of the earth. Know any Ra worshippers?

I pointed out that in the UK 50% of the muslim population, I.e women aren't allowed to integrate by the males.

The uk pakistan population is the largest single Muslim population and also one of the fastest growing within the UK.

The non Muslim population of pakistan do exist you are correct. They live in a state of fear and persecution, often being attacked in their own country, being raped, kidnapped and forced into marriages with Muslims.

No muslim scholars in history have ever argued that whoever insults the prophet must be killed.... nah that's can't have happened right? Funny how there are multiple documented cases of people in Pakistan and Afghanistan who have been killed by a mob of (supposedly, in your mind, non-muslims) after a spurious allegation (often as part of a feud) that they've either burned a Quoran or insulted the prophet.
