my sons just suggested to me that to ensure running in these sessions they should give a point to the fastest lap each session. I was going to tell him its a stupid idea but when I think about it maybe it isn't.

any season we get a dominant car is going to be even more boring and they generally get the fastest lap every race , fastest time every quali , fastest time every practice session

it would be better if they had to run XXX laps during a practice session or they get a grid penalty unless they can prove there was a problem with the car stopping them from running

Should change the rules marganly so they can run in wet, all those bright sparks could come up with many way, but while it's not in the rule book, they won't comprise their car.
We have a lot of wet races, the last few seasons, so it should mean they should be able to run.
Whether it be changeable ride hide in pits, but only allowed if wet tyres are on. Or what I can't say I'm no expert, but there must be loads they could do.

Or change dates of gp circuits, to most historically dry day for the time of qualifying/race.

thank **** the holiday season is over, I had F1 blues. Now come on Button, if you had time to appear on the Johnathon Ross show you should be in A1 condition with a revitilised attitude. P.S Fernando to win! lol
