Either that or seems to purposely have an eccentric(sp?) opinion of players and then finds some stats to back up his choice, you provide stats and they don't count.
 
I'm the only one whos voted for him so far, but its still Rio.

And has been for the past ten years.

Terry isnt even fit wipe his boots.

I haven't voted yet but Ferdinand could well be the way I go also, although there's not a lot in it I've always thought he was better than Vidic and the only reason why that may not be the case now is his lost yard of pace due to his age and injuries, regardless of that though Rio, Vidic & Kompany are a cut above everyone else on the list imo

In fairness it's hard for Liverpool fans to be impartial (as much as some may try and project such an image). ;)

People either support Man Utd, or they continually slate them, there's no middle ground.
 
Bit surprised Other only has 3 votes this time, given the 'big club bias' (not saying it's wrong just a fact) in the poll I was expected a few fans from Spurs, Everton etc to come wading in with their Kings, Jagielkas et al.
Interesting fact, Liverpool are behind only the Manchester clubs based on current voting.

As for the best way of doing it (picking two players), theoretically it would be some sort of alternate vote system [OOOH CONTROVESIAL - LYNCH THAT LEFTIE ****!!!], but clearly that isn't practical on an internet forum. Currently leading the way are Kompany and Vidic which seems fair.

Yea, the Utd fans on here are completely impartial. No player would ever join anybody over Utd unless they're mercenaries, right? :o :p
 
Tim Cahill plays up front? Unless you mean... you can't mean the other one? Surely?

Also, the Liverpool pairing are really handy but that's not the end they've struggled with, its the racist and the barbarian up the other end doing naff al :p

Of course the United fans aren't completely impartial, but we are at least capable of being a bit impartial. ;):p

I still think the Vidic love is hilarious, any time I think up a list of the prem league's CB's most likely to be caught out and make some ridiculous red card tackle, Vidic is vying with the likes of Caldwell, Bramble, Djourou, etc, as the worst offender on the list.

He gets a few red's, deserves a heck of a lot more, and consistently gets himself in a position where he has to smash a player over and risk a red card. Hint, great defenders don't get in those situations, Kompany got a BS red, and barely if ever risks getting one with the way he plays. Kompany is exceptionally good(well done Wenger for tracking him for years and not putting in a 5mil bid , especially having since then wasting triple that on worse defenders ), vidic isn't anywhere near, and Caragher 5 years ago wasn't anywhere near the best CB in the league either, Caragher has never, ever been that good, of course alongside Henchoz he didn't look as bad a screw up.

Here's a list for you, I gave my opinion of other people rating him, my opinion of who he reminds me of in the league, my opinion of what makes him no where near the best(while also absolutely NOT calling him rubbish Robbo, not even close), my opinion on Kompany, Vidic, caragher, gave my opinion on Wenger choosing not to buy him.

No I get it, I don't agree with you directly so therefore I'm only telling people where they are wrong. For the record every time anyone has a different opinon it is almost by definition disagreeing with other people. It's odd, you didn't call anyone else up for having an opinion, and somehow you still managed to say I don't give my opinion, infact you said I never do... I don't honestly think there is a more opinionated person on this forum, but there you go.

Couple more of MY opinions for you, Skrtel isn't particularly good, Liverpool fans(on this forum in particular) are very wrong about him.

This statement in itself is partial enough. United fans at least will never be impartial when it comes to anything to do with Liverpool. Saying some fans are more partial when talking about their teams than others is totally dwaft. How can you be a die hard supporter of a team without taking sides(or call it being impartial)

You're irrational hate for some players for no reason or over an isolated incident is horrendous, don't see you hating on RvP for the times he has lashed out, or Henry for his career ending tackle on that Everton player.


Never once I have I seen you admit to being wrong/changed your opinion, have you ever been wrong in your life?
