Best Christmas Movies

When I was a kid it was bedknobs and broomsticks, chitty chitty bang bang followed off on christmass day with Butch cassidy and the Sundance kid. Oh and the Italian job (original).
i remember the Christmas choices being between Walt Disneys Peter Pan and The wizard of Oz.
i only got to see Pan once because my mum preferred Oz and would claim that we watched Pan last year each Christmas.

My Christmas watch list this year: Already seen a few.

How the Grinch Stole Christmas - Other half forces us to watch this while she drinks mulled wine and wraps the presents. I deliberately save the awkward shaped presents until she's slightly merry. ;) This year it was a dodecahedron. It's quite a mess. :D
Violent Night
Muppets Christmas Carol (With the song When Love Is Gone restored to it. Thanks Disney!)
Die Hard
Home Alone
Long Kiss Goodnight
Fatman
Scrooged
Planes, Trains and Automobiles
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
Batman Returns
Trading Places
Gremlins
Black Christmas
The Goes Wrong Show Christmas Specials
Peter Pan Goes Wrong
Christmas Carol Goes Wrong
Blackadder's Christmas Carol

Have you anything left to watch? I also watch the Harry Poters at Christmas and all the middle earth films (I watch them throughout the year also and just use it as an excuse to rewatch hah)

1 film I really want to watch is It’s a wonderful Life. I have never seen it.

Die Hard
Home Alone/2
Scrooged
A Muppets Christmas Carol.

A couple of curve balls cause they're not really Christmas movies but I felt like they were on every Christmas was I was younger. Jurassic Park and The Gremlins.

Sorry Gremlins is a Christmas movie and an awesome one at that :D just look at the way WB classified it!! Away to listen to some 80's hairspryrock now!!!

Originally marketed as a kids Christmas movie, Gremlins is now widely regarded as an anti-Christmas, hyper-violent joyride for an older demographic. Warner Bros.

Watching Violent night with my other half and sister on the 24th. Neither of them have seen it.

When the other half's and her family go out to church for midnight mass (no thank you!) I'll watch Black Christmas and probably Scrooged.

The Goes Wrongs's and other lighter comedy will be enjoyed when we have some time.

My random film that always seems to be watched over the Christmas break, is Temple of Doom. That’s deffo not a Christmas film in any real sense… but like Moonraker, it just reeks of Christmas break viewing :D

Planes, Trains and Automobiles
