BEST UK PRICE - PHANTEK COOLERS

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Just careful with your choice of memory. As you can see the first fan sits right on my G-skill memory...
As someone said it is totally down to personal preferences...I can't stand complex loops with the ever permanent fear of a leak. And this cooler is so gorgeous.

Yes, but the phantek is cheaper for the same performance :p

For that price, i'd have got the OcUK V6 watercooling kit. It's ~£30 more and can be expanded later
Just don't like the look of BIG air coolers.

Already saving the pennies for a custom loop (wife permitting)

I have always used ddc pumps so maybe a d5 is a lot quieter. I have never managed to match a decent heatsink with a silent fan in terms of noise. You could run the same fan on a Rad but still have extra pump noise.

Air can be near inaudible where as you will always just hear the spinning of the pump.

I've found the D5 to be sompletely silent. Apparently the DDc is pretty noisy, but I myself haven't used it... yet

1. Buy wife a handbag from HERE
2. Order watercooling whilst female is distracted
3. possible pasty smashing? :p
4. ???
5. PROFIT!!

If i buy one from there she will let me have anything, but i just wont be able to afford it.
Im doing what i call stealth buying
1) order at work
2) deliver to work
3) hide it in garage
4) sneek it in after she goes to bed (no pun intended)
5) hope she doesn't notice;)
