Played beta and it seemed good, but the released version just seems so different.

The aiming/sensitivity feels a lot clunkier, the TTK is just pointless. Spawn die, spawn die (rinse repeat).

The whole class/weapon system is stupid. Since when does Criminals have the M416 as a main weapon?

The Reflex RDS - why the **** is this a great big yellow triangle? RDS = Red Dot Sight. Not YTS! Completely ruined my weapon set-up.

The whole HUD blocks most of the view and on top of that, I have no idea what's happening most of the time in game.



That's my rant! Lol.
 
What they need to do is minimise the damage for body, leg shots and pipe the BF4 net ode improvements. I can't see that taking very long given the developers are working jointly with DICE on the CTE.

Personally I'm loving this game and at £27 it's well worth it.
 
it is a great game. finding your weapon is the key.

m16a3 is just so good that when you unlock its a game changer. as is the p90 for me and the r700 with mag ammo.
 
I just hope they sort all these weapons out, hated BF 3 as unless you used the m16, m416 or aek, you didn't really stand much of a chance, they were so OP and made all the attachments + other weapons utterly pointless unless you liked getting the mastery dog tags etc. for them....

BF 4 has superb weapon balance imo, you never see anyone using the same gun with the same attachments!

I'll be on this most of Monday grinding my way to get the good weapons etc.

the reg in this game is as good as moh 2010. so if you have issues its probably your connection. just incase you do buy it ;)

i can honestly say the conquest i played last night on a good server was probably some of best fun i had since bfbc2. was amazing.:cool:
 
Well I'm bored and starting to question why I got a refund for the ultimate edition.

I might just buy the standard edition, wonder if all my ultimate edition stuff is saved or if it resets the account after refund.

This is what happens when you don't go out on Saturday nights any more. You **** your money up EA's wall instead :D

· One hit kill range reduced for 870 and SPAS

· Fire rate reduced for 870

· More vertical recoil for 870

· Recoil reduced for RO933

· Damage reduced for Ro933

· Vertical recoil added to M16A3 and M416

· Increased P90 spread per shot

· Improved Uzi un-aimed fire accuracy

· Magnum Ammo OHK range reduced

· Magnum Ammo vehicle damage reduced 50%



CLASS BALANCE

· Moved G36C to Cops and M416 to criminals

· Moved M/45 to cops and UMP to criminals



METAGAME TUNING

· Rank progression slowed down by 50%

· Repriced Battlepacks to cost more in-game cash

· Weapon license increased to 1250 kill

· Gold camo increased to 1000 kills



HACKER TUNING

· GPS spotting and jamming range for Hacker mode reduced

· Overclock timing reduced for Hacker mode
 
Bought it! got a crappy 8mb connection so be a while until im playing though! haha. Il join the TS and stuff when its done though would be nice to play with some people!
 
This isn't a proper battlefield game, but BF4 has had its day now and this will do for now, it just doesn't give you that BF feeling and the graphics are ****e but it's still good to play, which probably won't last all that long. Worth £26...maybe we'll see not going to be good for 400 hours like a BF game though.
