if you cant notice the difference between the two games you need to go to a optician. they aren't a mod or even close.

the key to hardline is getting nice weapons that work for you unlocked and learning the game. many who rage like they always do every release is they judge too early.

i like bf4 and i like hardline are they similar nope. not in any way.

I mean in terms of the franchise. If I remember correctly you had that stupid signature when BF3 came out and then you moaned that you wouldn't be getting BF4 because it was also rubbish. It's getting really old now. Why not just move on and play something else?

a mod thousands worked on for years :p atleast give them some credit but i doubt you will.

basically they dropped Medal of Honor as it was dead. this is a newer idea to do something to fill its absence . its a good fun game.

if you don't like it fair enough but just saying its a mod is quite funny.

I wouldn't bother with him. Since BF3 he's been talking the same rubbish.
 
Lol well I certainly felt the same as raven. However it's definitly a new game if they hadn't tacked themselves onto the battlefeild monikor I doubt we'd be as critical(or at least me).

Maybe my 7970 isn't up to it but it feels really jagged.

I hope they introduce some more weapons after they fixed the balance. I've paid for 3/5 already :(.
 
Cheers for the games this afternooon kiwi,renton,mynight and nexus.

I'm finding myself getting really frustrated in some of the rounds, and it's not the usual "The rest of the team are potatoes". I swear I'm getting people appear in front of me when they start firing in some situations, which coupled with the very short TTK means I'm dead very quickly.

I'm sure I'll get the hang of it, but it feels very different to BF4.
 
Well more thoughts:

- game is running pretty nice for me, FPS ranges from 90-125 (my cap) with everything on low/off except mesh on ultra, definitely more demanding than BF 4 as I could get the same FPS but with my res scale set to 150% in bf 4.... also the game doesn't feel quite as smooth as bf 4, everything just feels a bit jaggy, not "smooth" flowing

- the ui is stupid! what is the point of the team setup option in the escape menu if it is greyed out.... Took me 5 minutes to work out how to apply the boosts and create a new squad lol

- have I mentioned the insta deaths........ this is the main thing ruining the game for me, getting insta killed by the likes of the G18, tec 9, k10, until they lower the TTK, this whole game feels rather pointless (considering it is solely about infy play), and most importantly, due to the incredibly quick TTK, more people camp.... there is zero time to react unless the enemy has incredibly bad aim

- the pickup stinger is op, took 2 full helis out within the space of 1 minute :D

I do think the game has a lot of promise but only once the issues are fixed/improved, particularly the TTK.
