How and where did you go to get your refund out of interest? Origin chat?

Yep, refund was only for premium. Reason was that 'gun bench' feature was not available.

See my post earlier in the thread. They refused me a refund for that because "it was never stated when it would be released"

Unlucky. Worked for me. I'm assuming they caught onto the reddit post and started refusing it after a while.

The game I mean.

Took another punt at getting a partial refund for Premium. They refused as it was not purchased within the last 3 days.

I've now filed a dispute with PayPal for the full amount what I paid for the Ultimate edition.

Don't blame you. I would be very angry given all the issues if I was still playing.

Looking at the peak stats there has only been 3400 people playing in the last 24 hours which is very low for a DLC release.

I've owned pretty much every Battlefield game since the glory days of 1942. Glad I didn't get this when it came out, as I was tempted, but it's a shame to see it flop so hard.

I regret buying the premium,it may get better as time goes on,but i talked some friends into buying it at the start, i'm taking some real stick on TS now and rightly so!

Based on what I have read on Battlelog doing that or a chargeback may result in an Origin account ban. You should have tried another advisor people are still getting refunds.

Due to a technical issue, we will be performing a rescheduled Patch 1.03 release for PC players for Battlefield Hardline starting 6/22/2015 at 16:00 UTC / 9:00am PT. This maintenance will take approximately 1 hour in which downtime is not expected. The patch release will bring all of the Battlefield Hardline: Criminal Activity content (Patch 1.03) to PC players who are Battlefield Hardline Premium members (and those who have purchased the Expansion Pack separately).

As a means to show our appreciation and gratitude for your patience, we will be providing all Battlefield Hardline Premium members on PC with a free Battlepack, automatically entitled in the near future.

The following platform is affected:

- PC players in all Regions

Until Patch 1.03 is released on Monday, some features on Battlefield Hardline PC Battlelog have limited or no functionality, including:

• Quickmatch
• Loadouts (can still be accessed via in-game menus)
• Battlepacks page (can still be accessed via in-game menus)

In the meantime, base game Maps and Modes can still be played. You can still download the current patch on PC which gives Battlefield Hardline Premium members (and those who have purchased the Expansion Pack separately) access to the new Battlefield Hardline: Criminal Activity Weapons and Gadgets. However, they will not have access to the new Maps and Modes on PC until Patch 1.03 is fully released on Monday.
