Unless you are in fact on a 10Gb line at work or something - still I find that unlikely ;)

Anyway - just thought I'd be pedantic whilst it was you Fox ;)

The patch seems OK to me!

Got into game and every so often it freezes for about 5secs ping goes massive. Happend on 2 servers 3rd time it happend I got an error saying PnkbstrB has stopped something like that

AA gun has poor lock black hawk is way over powered
 
Damn :mad: Got the patch downloaded, installed game & got the following error

Program:...Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield2\BF2VoiceSetup.exe

A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program's
internal state. The program cannot safely continue execution and must
now be terminated.

Continued with install, applied patch & now PC keeps crashing to desktop whilst looking for servers :(

You could try and reinstall the visual C++ redistributable package.

If this fails try a complete re-install if that fails I aint got a clue.

Tried a full reinstall did same thing again. Also tried running the program from within the game folder after it was installed & i get the same error.
 
They've epically broken AA support for at the very least most ATI cards :( Me and at least 4 other people I know have to disable it to be able to play normally :(

So yes a fresh reinstall it seems!, although I'll try to overwrite from 1.5 Beta 3 first and see what happens!

You can also patch straight from 1.5 Beta 3 to 1.5 as if it was an incremental, it only takes about a minute.

What drivers and OS? If I enable AA one of three things happen at random with my 4870:

Tabbing out fails miserably but other than that it's OK
The floor completely disappears
It loads into the game fine, you see the actual game with AA for about a second then it crashes to desktop.
 
I cant believe they didn't lock out the helicoptor gunship seat switch so 1 person can fire the heavy missile. :mad:
